Your first visit
Our new patient exam is complimentary and provides information you need to decide your or your child’s treatment needs. We review health histories and learn your concerns. We may take diagnostic records to help with this process: intraoral photographs, x-ray and/or a 3-D scan. The doctor and treatment coordinator review these records and relay the findings so you can understand your treatment options. If treatment is recommended, we’ll help you select the best option and offer affordable, flexible payment options.

Please assist us by providing the following information prior to your exam appointment:
- Any panoramic x-ray taken within the past 6 months.
- Any insurance information so we can verify and use your orthodontic benefits.
- Promptly complete your patient forms online from the comfort of your home.
Payment options
We strive to make orthodontic treatment affordable to all, and believe that financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining the highest quality orthodontic treatment. Our office is excited to offer OrthoFi, a financial software and service solution company that assists our patients in customizing payment options that fit their budgetary needs. OrthoFi also allows you to easily manage your account online, including making online payments, viewing invoices, and printing receipts. OrthoFi will also verify any orthodontic insurance coverage you may have at your initial exam appointment and assist in filing insurance designed to help you receive your maximum insurance benefits.
